Beauty tips for winter season

How to Manage beauty in Winter

Winter season absorbs the moisture of the skin due to which it becomes dry and therefore, skin is exposed very quickly to the bacteria and germs in the result skin becomes dry, tan and dull. There are many ways to protect your fresh skin.

1.  Whenever you go outside your skin is exposed to the harsh environment of the winter use sunscreen if you need to protect your skin from burning or getting dry.

2.  Don’t take too much bath with very hot water because outer layer of the skin is affected and damaged.

3.  Wash your skin with a good quality cleanser it will keep your skin healthy and moisturized.

4.  Wear warm clothes.

5.  Help your liver and other organs in cleaning by drinking water with few drops of lemon added in it, manage proper diet by adding healthy vegetables, fruits and meat in equal proportions and drink minimum eight glass of water a day it will help your skin in staying fit and fresh.

Most of the people cannot bear cold snowy and dry weather; especially their lips and feet are cracked and are mainly infected. There are many products in the market which protects your skin from the dryness of cold. But don’t forget; only buy the quality product not the cheapest one because the products cheap in price ruins the skin most of the time.

Avoid purchasing beauty products from sales because cosmetics stores offering good quality things in cheaper prices are expired or are very near to their expiry date and when the cosmetic expires it damages your skin like you eat a bread with fungus.

6.  Use lip balm whenever you move outside it will protect your lips from dryness throughout the day.
Majority among the people think that care of feet and hands is not so important but as we use creams and beauty products on our face we should use them on feet and hands as well.

7.  Soak your feet in water at least for 5 minutes but not for a long period of time, add some Epsom salt after soaking feet in water. apply a foot scrub and a pumice stone which is now old fashioned but it helps protecting feet very much and is a very good thing.

8.  Avoid use of very hot or cold water in this way your feet will be crack free.

9.  Make a mixture of lavender and petroleum jelly, apply it on your feet daily, will prevent dryness.

10.Use skin moisturizers like body lotion or product made from oil, on face and other sensitive parts of the body and as we already discussed about the environmental changes, our skin is more exposed to the sunlight and the ultra violet ray which damages the skin and dries its moisture so also use the sunscreen to protect it.

You can also use body butters which are thicker than the lotions you use in routine. Lotion your skin whenever you are free in the evening or at night.
