Relaxation and relief from stress is a necessity or you will
fall ill very quickly. It is a requirement especially for the business working
people and housewives because they have a lot to do in a single day.
There are many stress
and relaxation tips that help you to stay perfectly toned even in the days
of high work pressure. Without releasing the depression you cannot think
properly neither can manage your work, or creativity and it is ultimately

Loosen up your clothing. Take off all the
metals, belts and jewelry.

Lie down or sit in a relaxed position. Grab a
blanket if you feel cold be in the most relaxed position.

Close your eyes and start visualizing. You can
either think about the best moments you had in your life or the place you want
to visit. Imagine yourself in the happiest way. Take a deep breath and count.
Keep visualizing. You can also take advantage of light music.
