Water and Sleep as an Essential

1.       Make water as the essential of your daily routine. It regulates the immune system and improves blood circulation to the brain. It oxidizes the skin as well that keeps you glowing and wrinkle free. Drink at least three liters water every day.
2.       Keep a water filled jug on the side table by your bed. You can easily access it while sleeping and in the morning when you wake up.
3.       Mostly young people never take balanced sleep. They sleep late in the night and wake up late in the day time that creates anxiety, lack of attention and restlessness. Due to which they neither take balanced diet nor properly appear in the activities. Take 7 to 8 hours sleep every day as advised by the physicians.

While going to your study institute, take lunch from home so that you will not need to buy from the cafeteria or anywhere else.
6.       In the fast routine everybody tries to save time. Whereas it is a necessity to eat very calmly. Always chew the food slowly and finish it in a relaxed manner. Hunger is not just an activity to complete but it is a need of your body to be fulfilled. If you stop eating during the meal time or without getting fulfilled, you will have a need to eat after small intervals. That becomes inconvenient on certain times and creates useless impurities in the body.
7.       Add healthy things in your snacks. Either take a hand full of nuts or a fruit like apple and orange. You can also have a piece of cheese. It maintains your energy level.

Exercise and hygiene are Important

8.       Exercise daily at least for twenty to thirty minutes. Walk as much as you can. If it is easy for you join a fitness club where they can give you proper instructions regarding diet and movements in accordance with your physique. Learn the technique of meditation. It keeps you calm and reduces stress naturally. By doing this you can increase the creativity level. Do it five times a week if you cannot meditate daily.
9.        Take good care of hygiene. Wear clean clothes and the colors suit you according to your complexion and appearance. Do not wear layers of makeup. It makes you look older than your age.
10.   Keep your posture perfect, sit straightly and use a desk for your laptop and while writing. Always believe in yourself and have a confidence in the decisions. Motivate yourself and stick to your plans.
