Dough is used for various purposes.Using it for pizza and bread, you can also use it to adorn your house, accessories and jewelery.
To make a dough for making fine jewelery you need:
One cup white glue, you can easily find it from a paint shop or art supplying store
One cup corn flour
Three lemons
One teaspoon cold cream, do not use moisturizing lotion because it leaves extra moisture in the dough
One tea spoon glycerine
One fourth cup of water
Plastic bags apply cold cream in them
Poster colours or oil paints
Air tight jar
Vaseline
Method:
Squeeze lemons in a bowl, add cold cream, water and glycerine in it make a fine liquid.Put the white glue and mix until the glue become a part of this liquid.Take corn flour in a non stick pan, you can also use ordinary frying pan where as preferring the non stick gives you better results.
Pour the former liquid into it and keep marinating.when it becomes a fine mixture allow it to cook on a low flame.it will become solid eventually keep on mixing it. Remove it from the heat when it becomes smooth solid.Do not let it dry.
Keep it in the plastic bag immingle it by squeezing continually over the bag.
Apply a little vaseline on your hand , take the dough out of bags.add your desired hue and mix it finely.Always prefer oil paints over poster colours.
Never forget to apply vaseline or cold cream when ever you use it.
